We were on set watching sexy and fit as hell Vidyut Jammwal and saw how hard he works. But the level of fame, finance and films offered to him compared to say a Tiger Shroff (nothing against him, he's a great guy), is so many rungs below, this is where the unfairness of Bollywood, indeed the Indian film industry comes in. So sick of nepo kids but it has inherently to do with the unfairness to the others who work so criminally hard but yield limited results.
If a star wants to launch his son or daughter, no biggie. That's what we desis do. Be it in any field. But once that launch has been done, the offers for second and third or fourth film, the cheques are so minor for outsiders compared to those who are already living in plush houses of their fathers and forefathers in the industry.
Many parts of Indian cinema is in desperate need of reformation and re-calibration.
