I don't know how to explain the outfit so I'm going to borrow the terminology from another site, here are gorgeous male models in a 'lungi' aka 'mundu'. The lungi is a length of cloth wrapped around the lower half of the body, comparable to the Malaysian sarong.
Mostly you see pot-bellied guys in South India wearing them. Great to see them on hot men with fab bodies. And flat abs.
