Top Ten Bollywood Hunks (Indian actors) in Sexy Swimsuits

As we go leaping into the new year with gusto, let's take a moment to look back at top ten Indian hunks who took their tops - and their pants - off for a sexy scene in film, stage, shoot or just in their natural state on holiday (Hiii Hrithik!). It was a tough decision for the top fella (we were tossing and turning on three hunks in particular) but here goes...

10: Kabir Body.. I mean Kabir Bedi

In 1988, Kabir Bedi was 42 years old and quite the DILF. Man he made a sexy baddie in Khoon Bhari Maang didn't he? And he sure as hell could strut in to these 80s speedos. Main teri hoon jaaanamm... yass the song also rings in our ears 30 years later. 

9. Naseeruddin Shah

Who knew the king of parallel cinema once had a hot bod?! holy shizz. that too tiny black speedo wearing at the beach kinda bodies!! Naseer! Whole new level of respect for the man. Flat stomach, biceps, good chest... under that nerdy veneer on film, there was a hottie. Go figure. 

8. Govinda

Before he turned into a gol-guppa, Govinda was hot! He was fit, cute, an amazing dancer, not shy, wore these sexy speedo/short things on film. Look how skinny! Look how hairless! Look how cute!! what the hell happened??? Before the bloat, this Bollywood actor was defo a lust worhty hunk. Then success came and he piled on the pounds. sigh. but we still reflect on his glory days. long gone glory days. He did this sad little interview when he spoke about trying to compete with SRK, Salman and Aamir - the trio who have hit the gym and maintained themselves and changed with the times in fashion, film and acting. Govinda's sadly stuck in the 90s somewhere. Sad. Let's just go back to staring at the still for a second and move on to...  

7. Sunny Deol

Sunny Deol has never been shy of stripping on screen long before the gym built trend. Before Salman Khan, Sunjay Dutt or Sunil Shetty, he was the kasrat King!  Sunny Deol was always fit - beefy even.  He has worn his sexy speedos in Sunny, Samundar, Darr, Ghatak... and several other Hindi films over the 80s and 90s. The original beefcake, now at age 62 - yeah, he's 62 dude! - despite a rather odd hair weave situation, he's still pretty fit. (PS: also has a better body than his much-younger bro Bobby Deol for sure!)

6. Shahrukh Khan

In a blink and you'll miss scene in DDLJ, SRK, King Khan himself stripped off to wear tiny little speedos - er long before he got a personal trainer and gym built in his (rather tacky) mansion. Still kinda cute. And dang he has no hair on his body. His legs maybe. Well, thank god for freeze frame and rabid fans who sent us these stills from the movie. Shahrukh Khan in speedos? yass hunty. only in the 90s. 

5. Rahul Roy

For a hot minute in the early 90s, Rahul Roy was... EVERYTHING. The model turned non-actor (I mean really, he was a haircut), He wore speedos on film and in shoots, he was the first to do a full butt shot in that horror film he did with Pooja Bhatt - Junoon (not the 80s classic but the 90s horror flop!). He also started losing his abs pretty damn fast and cleverly covered up and still managed to do this uber sexy shoot for magazines. Then he REALLY put on weight, lost his film career and found peace in some ashram and spirituality. Well, we're looking at his  hot sexuality from the 90s for now. 

4. Varun Dhawan

Ya know, he's never been shy of taking his shirt off REPEATEDLY but Varun Dhawan has rarely posed in swimwear... or underwear (though he endorses Lux cozy - but like, with just the strap!). Look at THIS BODY! If ya have it, flaunt it. Hopefully, he'll do a sexy scene/shoot soon. Seen here, Varun Dhawan on holiday in teeny tiny black square-cut swimsuit. Wish it was a speedo. Wish we could see this in all angles... From the back... which reminds me, check out SOTY when he comes out of the pool in low-rise shorts with a grand view of his hot butt-crack. Yass hunty. Hopefully he'll moon us soon. ;0)

3. Hrithik Roshan

Our very own desi Greek God, Hrithik Roshan. Again, apart from the odd Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon - the worst big budget movie we've ever seen - Hrithik Roshan has rarely had a full on swimsuit scene. That body is meant for a speedo, but Roshan jnr always goes for square cut or swim-shorts. Sigh.. one day, we hope he'll be papped in black teeny tiny bikini in Bali. Or something. Here's for wishful thinking... 

2. John Abraham

Oh John! Ohhhh Johnnnn. I mean, he has always, always been uber cute, fit, and damn hunty, can he pull off those tiny black speedos. God we miss the early days of Gladrags that always got the boys to strip down too - as much as the gals - and the magazine discovered so many hotties and brought them to the limelight. Perhaps no one more than sexy as fk-all, this Gujju-Parsi-Malu mix John Abraham. He did so many sexy shoots in the early days, that hot bod of his was just perfect. Posing in white bikini briefs, in gauzy gear, in just fabric... the man was delish. And he knew it. He still is.. .but we miss the sexy innocence of the early days...

Kunal Khemu is one of the most underrated hotties in Bollywood. A capable actor, cute as a button and until he did this sexy shoot for a magazine (with sexy photographer Subi Samuel - himself a buff hottie!), we had no idea that he was fit as fk!! Damn that body! why the hell has he been hiding it for so long? Ya know it takes guts to wear a speedo for a shoot - actually, that's technically wrong. No beer gut, you need kick-ass abs to pull off a toned body, to look damn fine in a speedo and Khemu does it.

Then we have Dino Morea - yet another Gladrags discovery - in his Tarzan/mullet (business in the front, party in the back!) Indo-Italian hotness. God bless him, he STILL has one of the best bodies in the biz. When he co-produced the film Jism 2, we were left wondering why they didn't cast his HOT Jism in the film instead of the other guys. The man is beautiful and that body is rad. Even in the parade of blah movies he did in the 90s, Dino Morea looks gorgeous throughout. We've seen sooo many movies just to look at him... sigh.

And lets all take a minute here to gasp at Jackie Shroff. Forget the speedo, he's wearing a string bikini by the pool For a magazine shoot! A string bikini!! Yasss! He was a model, clearly never been shy, dayummnnn hunty, he swam around in our dreams in the 80s. Now his son does - but in board shorts! =0(

.....1. Akshay Kumar

I mean, are you even remotely surprised?! Akshay Kumar spent a major portion of the 90s appearing in random speedo-clad scenes in Hindi films. The Bollywood hunk knew he was hot and wanted - I mean the LGBT community embraced him long before box-office and a slew of leading ladies (Pooja Batra, Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shetty) and his now-wife Tina did. Go through our archive for sooooo many shots of Akshay in tiny swimwear and undies. Bless that hot Bollywood bod.
