There have been only two times Varun Dhawan and his short stack of hotness have been wow tone deaf; 1) when Kalank released and he was trying to convince everyone and their neighbour that it was a good movie. And 2) when he posted these happy holiday pics in Maldives when the nation was struggling through the pandemic.
He should have exercised his privilege without posting! The world would not have known he was jet setting around and hopping out of the country when the shit got real.. He's supposed to be the common man's hero, but what he did had zero thought behind it. Just sayin'...

ReplyDeleteVarun was one of the actors who was extremely proactive raising funds and help for the pandemic. He came forward to help many many initiatives and amplified many others.
ReplyDeleteHe actually did more than almost any other Bollywood star. I know from personal experience as part of a volunteer group where Varun was involved with tracking individual cases of patients and hospitals that needed help. He was generous and engaged in a deep and meaningful manner
