Mohnish Bahl and Ayesha Dutt (now Shroff) in a still from Teri Baahon Mein (1984). Directed by Umesh Mehra, this was Ayesha's debut film and is the unofficial remake of the American movie The Blue Lagoon (1980)! 

A truly dreadful film, made so badly by Mehra that its unwatchable. and yet we did! to see sexy Mohnish Bahl - who turns 64 today!! 

He was young, thin, fit, with a hot bod, chiseled face. Just gorgeous.

He used to have an amazing tight hot bod - esp in that horrendous first film of his. The movie was a damp squib at the box office but he was hella' hot!! Mohnish is now in his 60s and still looks decent, but he was sexy as fk in the glory days of youth. Doesn't this pic look like... a Salman Khan pic from the early days? Like someone pasted Mohnish's face on Salman Khan's body?! But no! Mohnish used to be crazy fit back in the day!

Mohnish Bahl from Teri Baahon Mein - the Indian version of Blue Lagoon (kinda). We still haven't seen the film but Mohnish Bahl shirtless looked good - lean and toned and fit!! wow. look at the biceps and flat abs.
