Maybe its their carb rich, low-protein diet but most Indian dancers have a little jiggle in their belly - despite being in constant motion. I mean the professional dancers who work and work out all day. In the west, after swimmers, most dancers have the most incredible bodies. So lean and muscly. In India.. its a little different. new gen however seems to have changed their diet. suddenly we see flat abs, shreds even. and no love handles. the form is changing... and colour us intrigued!
