Well, he doesn't look tall onscreen. Hottest south indian actors for me would be Allu Arjun, Vijay Devarakonda, and Ram Charan. Ofc, Mahesh Babu is super good looking but he has never been shirtless, beats me why. Prabhas has overdone it. And yes, Rama Daggubati is hot too. But the aforementioned three reign supreme for me. Especially Allu Arjun, dapper dancer too.
