So here's my only issue with Lux underwear - its badly designed. The colours are ugly. It's not flattering on most Indian skin tones, the fabric isn't always great. Instead of spending a FORTUNE on celebrity endorsement, invest in a great designer - maybe a designer collab with top notch designers in India, outside India, anything. Maybe invest in better fabric, kinder fabric, Indian weather appropriate fabric (seasonal options - how about Lux underwear for summer/winter - hell, do special for Lux for Delhi, Madras, Mumbai - the states have different weather!).
And fine, Varun fans MIGHT buy the product because he's endorsing it - hell, we bought HRX underwear cause Hrithik does - but here's another thing, HRX is designed well. its slick. its cool....

Varun's underwear revealing pic is still hot.. but the underwear is... not. Well, not yet. Lux team, come on! 2022 - come out with better colours, material and edgy designs. Also body appropriate designs.

ReplyDeleteKudos to VD to pose in an underwear, has set a benchmark that other hot A-listers would do well to reach out to. And maintain the same level of fitness in that process as he does. But lux does really need to fashion out new hot pairs, in keeping with the times. The one featured in this video is also such a a passé that only a hot VD and his very clear bulge have been able to redeem the ad.
