Akshay Kumar braved the snake... but kept most of his clothes on. They should have asked him in the early 90s when Akki was open to stripping for the camera. His sexiest shoot is in shorts, unzipped, from the early 90s. After that, for the still camera, Akshay Kumar was shirtless but rarely pant-less. Maybe in unzipped shorts. But never briefs or speedos. - That he reserved for films! Famously Akshay Kumar appears in brief-speedo-type swimsuits in several films.
Actors posing naked or nearly naked for magazines was rare.
Actors posting in underwear or swimsuits also happened on occasion - mostly by model turned actors. well, often, non-actors. just hotties.
Now stars are shirtless on their own insta' or social media platforms. magazines are so tame and yawn...inducing.
we miss the ol' days. when Mamta Kulkarni posed nearly topless for Stardust. when Salman Khan was hairy and unzipped for posters. when Sanjay Suri posed in speedos for Stardust annual cover. When Ranveer Singh took it almost all off for Paper magazine... Ok it happens but so infrequently.
